ARDG meets February 12
Maryann Nicoletti at MPAA sent around an announcement that ARDG will hold its first meeting in Washington, D.C., on February 12. The cost to attend is $75. We have been advised that members of the press are not welcome, though this policy has yet to be stated in writing anywhere.
The announcement is included below.
As agreed at the January 14 CPTWG meeting,
the Analog Reconversion Discussion Group (ARDG) will meet on February
12 in the Washington D.C. area.
The meeting will be held at the Sheraton
Reston, which is four miles from the
Washington-Dulles airport. A room rate of $140 per night has been
negotiated for ARDG participants.

Be sure to identify that you are
participating in the ARDG Meeting to get
the proper discounted room rate.
An additional cost of +$75 will be charged
participants to cover food and meeting room costs. The exact charge will
depend upon the number of participants. Tentative times for starting and
concluding the meeting are 9:30 a.m. and 4:40 p.m.
It is essential that all
participants planning to attend this
meeting RSVP by email to Kelley O'Connell at
Kelley_O'Connell@mpaa.org so
we can assure rooms, food and meeting space. Please let us know as soon as possible, but in no event
later than February 6.
The
ARDG co-chairs will circulate a proposed agenda prior to the meeting.
